Cancellation and return:

  The order may be cancelled by Yogakaar (www.yogakaar.com) in case of unavoidable circumstances like:

• Issues found during pre-delivery quality check
• Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
• Limitations on quantities available for purchase
• Concerns identified with regards to credit and fraud avoidance
• Inaccurate or insufficient address
• Orders from non-serviceable locations

In case cancellation of the order is due to limitation at the end of Yogakaar Wellness Solutions Pvt. LTD the buyer will be immediately informed of the same and offered three options: full refund, selection of alternate product of same price, or delivery of fresh product in four weeks’ time. Address of delivery and courier issues may affect the delivery schedule. You can be rest assured that you are completely protected as a shopper at www.kruticoffee.com In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount.
