- Mental Relaxation
- Guided breathwork to calm a busy mind and reduce feelings of overwhelm.
- Deep relaxation practice (such as Yoga Nidra/guided body scan) to support rest and reset the nervous system.
- Simple mindfulness techniques to bring more presence into daily routines and relationships.
- Physical Alignment
- Gentle, accessible postures to release stiffness in the neck, shoulders, back, and hips—common areas of tension for women who sit, work long hours, or juggle multiple roles.
- Clear cues and alignment-focused practice to improve posture, balance, and body awareness.
- Insight into Stress Management
- Practical tools: short “micro-practices” (2–5 minutes) women can use during work breaks, at home, or before sleep.
- Reflection on personal stress signals and how to respond with compassion instead of self-criticism.
- Date: March 8 (Sun), 2026
- Time: 7am – 9am IST
- Format: Online (Live via Zoom/Teams)
