This is a two- and half-day residential program for senior management members, conducted at a luxury nature-blessed resort in the outskirts of the intended city.

The program is designed to address critical wellness needs of leaders.

The unique yogic and ayurvedic practices apart from detox regimens and synchronisation of biorhythms with nature's cycles, helps the participants to create an inner ecosystem of decision making through clarity, concentration, emotional balance and un-prejudiced mind-set. 

The program begins either on Monday Morning and culminates on Wednesday Noon. Else it may begin on Wednesday morning and culminate on Friday noon.
